Iván Salas

Founder | Commercial Director

Iván Salas is a bilingual security professional with more than 12 years of experience across executive protection, secure transportation, field security operations, investigations, intelligence support, and security project management.

His background includes protective and security-driving assignments supporting senior personnel associated with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Southern Command-related activities, as well as investigative work involving information gathering, source verification, threat identification, and sensitive field inquiries.

Today, Iván combines hands-on protective experience with operational planning, client coordination, advance work, armored-vehicle operations, event security management, and the coordination of complex protective assignments throughout Colombia.

Carlos Rodríguez

Founder | Operations Director

Carlos Rodríguez is an executive protection and security operations professional with extensive experience in protective assignments, tactical planning, secure transportation, and high-risk operational environments.

His background includes proven U.S. Department of State hire experience, Blackwater training, and operational support connected to security services in Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates. This international exposure strengthened his capabilities in protective operations, mission readiness, and working under demanding security conditions.

Carlos also brings a strong foundation in Colombian military Special Forces training and specializes in executive protection, protective team leadership, armored and security vehicle operations, advance work, route and venue assessments, contingency planning, and the execution of complex security assignments.
